Dixie Rags Share Stage with Palm City Jazz

Pat O'Brian of Disney World fame who now lives in Leihigh  and manages the Palm City Jazz group; featuring Bob Schroder on clarinet and Jim Syoen ( of TV fame) on tuba, play every Friday night at Beatniks Coffee Cafe from 7 to 10PM.

If you want to hear a great group playing Jazz Dixieland this is the place to go.

On the 29 April, Pat invited The Dixie Rags to share the stage with them.

 The Rags played  when the Palm City Jazzz took there breaks for continuous Dixieland music.

Both bands are both made up of the same instruments but play differnt styls of Dixieland, One plays jazz while the Rags play a more standard dixieland. The Rags featured Bob Anderson on clarinet and Jim Steele on Tuba and myself on Banjo. Great music and a great time. Thanks for the invite Pat!!!!
