Craig, Jeff(small but powerfull) & Chuck
It started with 12 players, 4 of which were seeded and ended with three of the seeds playing in the finals. Craig Ellis a top RB player from Cross Creek was #1 seed with a handicap of 13 and Chuck Browskowski from Cape Coral who was also a had 13 handicap.
Neither had lost a match on the way to the finals. Jeff Basik on the other hand had not won a match but had stayed in the race by being the 2nd highest scoring player in each of his matches.
Jeff was the 4th seeded player with a handicap of 11 and definetly the underdog to win against these two strong players. But that he did!!! Beating Craig Ellis by two points at 15 -13 the exact number of points he was spotted because of the differenc in their handicaps.
Chuck, at 8pts and a fierce competitor known as "The Bear"; seemed to tire after a very difficult semi final match.
